Our production department supports women through high-quality embroidery and textile production, preserving Palestinian heritage while creating sustainable livelihoods and real economic opportunities.
Preserving heritage through production
More than 300 Palestinian women hand-stitch embroidery and tailoring for KCWHC from their own homes, in camps, villages and towns. At its peak the Cooperative provided full or part-time work to as many as 3,000 women.
We produce embroidered goods, garments, quilts and home textiles that combine traditional tatreez with contemporary designs. Every piece keeps cultural heritage alive and puts income in the hands of the woman who made it.

Our industrial quilting factory, opened in 1996, produces quilted duvets, mattress covers and home textiles.
